By downloading, installing, or using Oreo Accounting (the "App") or visiting oreoaccounting.com (the "Website"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Codezpark.
02Description of Service
Oreo Accounting is an accounting software application that helps users manage invoices, track transactions, maintain ledger records, and stay GST compliant. The App is currently in development and features may change before and after the official launch. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time.
03User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: the accuracy and completeness of the accounting data you enter; keeping your device and the app secure with appropriate access controls; complying with all applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations in your jurisdiction; and ensuring that your use of the app does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
04Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, branding, design, and source code of Oreo Accounting are the exclusive property of Codezpark and its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our software without express written permission.
05Disclaimer of Warranties
Oreo Accounting is provided as a tool to assist with accounting and invoicing tasks. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any financial calculations or outputs generated by the App.
06Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codezpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use Oreo Accounting, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
07Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Oreo Accounting shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
